Celebrate the 19th annual Families Reading Together with your favorite books and activities galore! The goal of Families Reading Together is to encourage reading among children and their families regardless of age or language.

What is NaNoWriMo exactly? National Novel Writing Month is a writing challenge that started in 1999. The challenge is to write 50,000 words of your novel in 30 days. Over the years, NaNoWriMo has evolved from a simple challenge into a global movement that supports writing fluency and education.

STEM kits encourage children to develop an interest and skills in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. These kits offer families the chance to continue hands-on exploration of STEM topics at home. They include books, DVDs, games and other interactive materials to explore basic concepts in STEM, and they are free to check out with your Palm Beach County Library System card!
